NAISFU-PFA Resin(NSP101)

PFA is a high-performance fluoroplastic with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, insulation, low friction coefficient, and high thermal stability. It  is a type of fluorinated polymer widely used in various equipment and pipelines in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, electronics, and medical devices. The molding temperature range of PFA is 350-400 ºC, with a melting point of approximately 580 ºF and a density of 2140 kg/m ³. This material performs well in extreme temperatures and harsh chemical environments due to its excellent chemical resistance, high temperature stability, oxidation resistance, low viscosity, and low surface tension, making it an ideal choice for flexible pipelines and fluid treatment equipment. In addition, PFA has excellent electrical properties and can be used as a high-frequency insulation material, which is close to PTFE material. PFA material also has radiation resistance and friction resistance, with a low coefficient of friction and outstanding low-temperature performance. Due to its excellent physicochemical and mechanical properties, PFA is widely used in the preparation of high demand chemical, medical, and food equipment, such as pipelines, valves, pump bodies, fixtures, etc.
